Ijsbergsla

IJsbergsla is een stabiele kracht binnen onze slateelt. Door te werken met verschillende rassen kunnen we inspelen op wisselende omstandigheden in het seizoen. De planten zijn resistent tegen bremia en bladluis, wat bijdraagt aan een weerbare teelt en een efficiënter teeltproces.

De teelt loopt van maart tot augustus. Van mei tot oktober leveren we dagelijks verse kroppen, met een stevige structuur en goede houdbaarheid. Ook na transport of opslag blijft het product fris en verwerkbaar, ideaal voor logistiek uitdagende situaties. IJsbergsla groeit het best onder milde weersomstandigheden, met voldoende vocht en zonlicht. Bij gunstig zomerweer versnelt de groei, wat flexibiliteit biedt in levering.
